What's with Judgment Day?
Obviously, I watch 2012!!!
The end of our world...

...we were warned...

So, here's a synopsis about the movie.

"In year 2009. a scientist named Professor West rushes to the research facility in India, where a colleague named SATNAM has made a mysterious yet alarming discovery. The Sun Storm is giving grave effect on our Earth. Neutrinos are heating up the Earth's crust. He then contacts his friend, ADRIAN HELMSLY, a young scientific advisor to the president. Helsmly attempts to brief the U.S. President WILSON about the discovery but is stopped by ANHUESER, white house's chief of staff.



Things move forward to 2010. President Wilson is aware of what is happening and calls a private meeting with seven other prominent world leaders. What he has to tell them, is that the world's top scientists have confirmed that the world will soon come to an end. Meanwhile, in Tibet, the Chinese military displaces several villages and begins working on what is supposedly a massive dam-building project.



Finally we reach year 2012. By now, signs of impending doom have been steadily accumulating.
We are introduced to Jackson Curtis, a chauffeur and inspiring novelist, who is supposed to take his two kids to go on a camping trip in Yellowstone National Park. He tries to search for the place where he and his ex wife(KATE) used to hang out, but it was gone. He and his kids trespassed the restricted area. That's when he meets with Helmsly.



Jackson also meets with a crackpot radio host, CHARLIE FROST, a bit of a *cuckoo* guy.
He believes that all signs point to a major catastrophic beginning in California, spreading to Yellowstone and destroying the whole world. Who knows that he has been right all along?



Meanwhile, a massive crack occurs at a supermarket, where Gordon(Kate's boyfriend) and Kate was shopping in. Jackson, along with the kids, rush back to Kate.
Jackson is called off to work and he finds out about the end of the world.





He rushes back just in time to get Kate, the kids and Gordon. By then, the whole California is crashing down. Jackson drives them to the place where he booked a plane. They then fly to Yellowstone to search for Charlie for the map.




What map?? The map that leads them to safety. While they are trying to escape, the largest volcano erupted in Yellowstone-almost causing Jackson's life..."



And who knows what will happen to Jackson and his family?
And also the rest of the citizens?
